Global Roots Mural - America West Region Concept Design - muralmosaic.com
Global Roots has mural projects around the world and chose Escondido to mount America West. Multiple artists painted small canvases according to Global Roots’ color layout. We could paint any design but had to use the color pallet they provided. They put the images on tiles and mounted the installation. (Escondido, CA- Maple and Main Street)
The sadness of Climate Change, the glaciers melting, the decline of animals, was my focus & mission. Please support the planet. Check out Murals from around the world on their website!

Still trying to help Climate Change
Escondido has an area just south of Main Street - Esco Alley Art
It is an alley and there are several Murals down 3-4 blocks.
I was asked to participate. I stayed with my theme and passion.
My Piece… “Earth — No Plan B” (4 feet by 8 feet)

I am working on a series of Birds of Paradise…
Their captions/titles are their voices - 2 so far, goal is 12. Come back to check on my progress.
Trying something new - acrylic paint, Mica crystal powder, and high gloss varnish.
The paintings become iridescent at night and change colors depending on the light source. Awesome, not planned.
